Coconut Oil – The Solution To Your Thyroid Problems

What to do in order to take care for your thyroid?

1. Use only healthy oils like extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, and butter in your diet. Avoid all other cooking oils and when buying food if soybean is used, just don’t buy it.

2. Exercise regularly. Do exercises that fit your energy level and if you are not the active type you can start by walking

3. Limit exposure to fluoride and mercury, that is why you should buy toothpaste without fluoride and avoid tuna and swordfish

4. Consume blueberries and radishes regularly. A juice out of this ingredients can be quite beneficial.

5. Take Zinc, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, B Vitamins and Selenium Supplements

6. Consume foods rich in iodine which is present in sea vegetables, small cold-water fish such as salmon and halibut, seafood and eggs.

7. Be aware of commercial salad dressings that are full of unhealthy fats, you can prepare a natural homemade salad dressing that is healthy and just as tasty.
