Soursop juice recipe

  • 1 ripe guanabana
  • 1 ½ cup vegetable milk
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • ½ tablespoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon panela or sugar mascarbo
  • lime juice (1 lime)
First, you need to put the fruit in a bowl with the vegetable milk. Then squeeze the fruit with your hands by squeezing all the juice on the milk. The dough that is left between your hands should be removed.

If you find it too hard to do this by hand you can do it with a blender, but then you have to strain the juice to remove the seeds and the fibrous part of the fruit. In the end, add the remaining ingredients according to your taste.

Soursop juice is better if you drink it cold or with ice.
